By installing or using the Workspai VS Code extension or any related services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use.
Permitted use
Workspai is licensed for personal and commercial software development use. You may not use it to build competing AI developer tools, scrape our services, or bypass rate limits and usage policies.
Generated code
Code generated by Workspai is yours. We make no claims of ownership over code produced with the extension. You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated output before using it in production.

Workspai is provided "as is". We make no warranties that the extension will be error-free or that generated code will be production-ready without review. Use your judgment.
